Where can I find my 1098 or Mortgage Interest Statement?
Mortgage customers should receive their Form 1098 (Mortgage Interest Statement) by January 31 each year.
If you haven’t received your 1098 or need another copy:
- Your local branch manager can request a copy on your behalf and send it directly to you.
- Please contact your nearest United Bank branch for assistance.

- Your 1098 is mailed to the address on file.
- Copies are provided for mortgage customers only.
