United Brokerage Services Online Sign Up

Signing Up

To sign up to view your accounts online, simply contact the Online Access Support Center directly at 1.877.488.3748 or outside the US at 1.704.715.3860 to obtain a User ID and Password. For identity verification purposes, please have your First Clearing account number available. The Online Access Support Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Note: Financial advisors are not able to enroll accounts for e-brokerage on behalf of the client.

 

Features

United Brokerage Services Online, our Internet-based service, enables you to view your account positions and activity online. The  service also includes access to online research.

 

System Requirements

We support the following desktop browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Google Chrome. If you are not using one of these browsers, please download a new browser form the sites below. If you elect not to upgrade your desktop browser, your experience may not be optimal or you may not be able to use certain tools on our website. In addition to using a supported browser, we recommend that you enable JavaScript for optimal interaction on our website.

PLEASE NOTE: To provide our clients with the most secure and effective access to their accounts, we are continually upgrading our online services. As we add new features and enhancements to our services, old browsers and internet devices may not support these new standards. Upgrading to a new version will enhance your security and experience on our website.

Why is a 128-bit encrypted browser required?
We require the use of secure browsers to protect you while you access our online financial services. The personal and account information that flows back and forth between your computer and our website must be encrypted while in transit, secure browsers are used to achieved this level of protection. Financial transactions are securely protected using browsers with 128-bit encryption.

What should I do if I have trouble connecting to the online brokerage site?
If our site is inaccessible to clients, we will post contact information on the Login page directing you to the proper customer service area.
