You can send, receive, or request2 money with Zelle. To get started, make sure you are enrolled in United Bank’s mobile banking app, Bank With United in the Apple App Store or Google Play. If you’re already enrolled, select the “+” symbol, then select “Zelle” to get started.
To send money using Zelle, simply select your recipient from your mobile device’s contacts (or add your recipient’s email address or U.S. mobile number), add the amount you’d like to send, review, then hit “confirm.” In most cases, the money is available in minutes1 .
When someone sends you money using Zelle, you will be notified via email or text message that you have received a payment.
To request money using Zelle, select the person that you are requesting a payment from and confirm that the email address or mobile phone number is accurate. You can then enter the amount you are requesting and confirm the request2 .
