Tom Zinzi was born in Washington, D.C. and was raised in Northern Virginia. His knowledge of the local market and extensive experience in the mortgage industry enables him to provide efficient service to his clients. He understands a realtors’ needs during the approval process, as he previously held a Real Estate Agent license in 1993 and a Real Estate Broker license in 1990, which helped the foundation of his business expand.

As an Army veteran, he is well versed in VA loan programs and looks forward to providing service to both active military members and veterans. With his industry expertise and the in-house processing, underwriting and closing offered by George Mason Mortgage, the mortgage experience is smooth and loans close on time.
