The Retail Banking Associate (RBA) Program is a 1-year rotational program that provides newly hired employees with the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of Retail Banking. This includes the Sales Associate, Sales and Service Representative, and Branch Manager roles.
The RBA Program provides monthly blended learning opportunities to gain a stronger knowledge and understanding of general banking practices, United Bank Procedures, department-specific objectives, and excellent customer service.
RBAs will have the opportunity to meet with other business line leaders, referral partners and United Bank leadership, and the ability to internally and externally network.
