We are proud to once again this year host the United Bank Charity Classic and continue a 19-year tradition of community support. Since 2002, this event has raised more than $5.9 million and annually attracts over 500 business and community supporters. The majority of funds raised over the years have benefited Inova Kellar Center, making possible the opening of Kellar’s campus and funding critical staff positions, services and treatment for patients and their families. Relationships are the foundation of our success here at United, and we are proud to support the important and often life-changing work of our nonprofit partners throughout Virginia, Maryland and D.C.
After making the difficult decision to cancel the tournament last year to help protect the health and safety of our community, generous donors and business partners continued their support of the Classic mission and helped raise nearly $200,000 in 2020 – a year when the need for youth mental health services was greater than ever. We hope we can count on your participation again this year as you join us back on the links. Through your generosity, we can have an even greater impact on our communities and ensure that the future is bright for all those who live and work in the D.C. metro region. We look forward to seeing you on Monday, October 4.

About Inova Keller Center
Inova Kellar Center is honored to continue the Charity Classic tradition with United Bank. Proceeds from the Classic provide funding that enables the Kellar Center to expand clinical services, finance critical staff positions and provide financial support to children and families who may not have the resources to obtain treatment. Initially funded by a gift from Art and Betty Kellar, and through continued philanthropic support, Inova Kellar Center has provided behavioral health services for children, adolescents and their families for more than twenty-five years. Their comprehensive mental health and substance use disorder treatment programs and an innovative special education school support families throughout Northern Virginia and have continued to expand to meet future needs.
