Victoria (Vickie) Hill is a local girl graduating from Terry Sanford High School in 1972 after attending both Seventy First High School and Hope Mills High School. She settled in the mortgage industry in 1988 where she stayed for the next 30 years serving the Fayetteville and surrounding areas.
Vickie is proficient in VA, FHA, USDA, NCHFA, Conventional loans. Victoria was Licensed as a Lender with NCCOB from 4/2000 through 9/2009 owning Southern Home Loans, Inc. where she helped support the community through volunteer efforts.
Over the nearly thirty years that Vickie has been helping people buy their homes, she has helped family, friends, neighbors, business associates, military, firemen, and police officers. Vickie took a break for a short while and went back to school in 2015. Her interest has always been people. She graduated from Fayetteville State University in 5/2018 Cum Laude with a BAS in Psychology with a minor in Social Work. She continued on to a Master’s Degree in Sociology and at the present time needs one class to finish. Vickie also holds a North Carolina Real Estate #117252. Vickie says, “I just want to know everything I can about this business. I want to do the best I can to make sure that my customer is clear on everything that is going on with their loan and their new house.”
Vickie says, “The process of buying a home for the first time can be a scary thing. I want to explain that fright away. I want to make it simple. When it becomes simple, it becomes happy. Let’s make it happy again.”
