Enroll and Get Started with Autobooks

Autobooks is a convenient business accounting tool you can access right from Business Edge that allows you to send invoices, accept payments, and keep track of customers from one secure place.  

Enroll in Autobooks in Less Than 5 Minutes

  1. Access to Autobooks is easy.  After logging into Business Edge you will see a module called Online Payments in the right margin of the page.  
  2. Choose either Send an Invoice or Accept a Payment to begin the enrollment process.  You will also find the same two options under Account Services from the top navigation.
  3. After accepting the Terms and Conditions you will be asked to answer a few short questions about your business before getting started.  Transaction processing rates are based on payment type. 1
  4. Once your information is confirmed you will see the full Invoicing and Payment Form functionality.
  5. To unlock the full version of Autobooks, you will have the option to upgrade and add additional Accounting and Reporting features from the Accounting tab. Features include: financial reporting, advanced journal entries, link to third party accounts, and QuickBooks import.2

Customers can pay you with any major credit card, debit card, or through electronic bank transfer.1 When you enroll you will receive a unique and secure link to a payment form.  The payment form link can be shared with customers for payments to be made electronically.   Payments are made directly to your business checking account within two business days.
